目前，中美不确定的贸易格局给中企在欧洲的投资和经营带来一系列复杂影响，对中企海外投资的信心和意愿构成挑战的同时，也创造新的机遇。贸促会驻意大利代表处特邀请LCA律所的律师就探索新的市场和投资机会等议题进行分析和探讨，将聚焦反倾销税与非优惠产地证规则、意大利股权投资、中国投资者与企业赴意签证及工作许可等。

At present, the uncertain trade pattern between China and the United States has brought a series of complex impacts on Chinese companies' investment and operations in Europe, posing challenges to the confidence and willingness of Chinese companies to invest overseas, while also creating new opportunities. The CCPIT Representative Office in Italy specially invited lawyers from LCA Law Firm to analyze and discuss issues such as exploring new markets and investment opportunities, focusing on anti-dumping duties and non-preferential certificates of origin rules, Italian equity investment, and visas and work permits for Chinese investors and companies to Italy.
